PHILADELPHIA — Authorities in Philadelphia are looking for people they said assaulted a victim and threatened the victim with a gun during a massive car meet up in September.

The person seen above is wanted for firing a gun into the air at about 1:30 a.m. on Sept. 22 at 25th Street and Washington Avenue.

Police said the meet up drew hundreds of people and vehicles flooding the 2400 block of Washington Avenue and 1000 block of South 25th Street.

Crowds vandalized property in the neighborhood, and when one of the vandalism victims approached the group, the group started punching and hitting the victim with traffic cones, police said.
