This single-family home, featuring four bedrooms and three baths, underwent a change of ownership in October. Located in the 700 block of S.E. 28th Ave., Portland, the home spans 2,960 square feet and was sold for $980,000, or $331 per square foot. The property sits on a lot measuring 5,000 square feet, and it was built in 1910. The deal was finalized on Oct. 31.

At $975,000 ($252 per square foot), the single-family residence located in the 700 block of N.E. 235th St., Ridgefield offered another opportunity below the targeted price range when it changed hands in October.
