Miami-based culinary experiential marketing agency a21 (formerly known as Agency 21 Consulting) has announced the return of the 14th annual Heritage Fuego, an all-inclusive walk-around feast and friendly competition featuring the area's most critically acclaimed kitchens and chefs. Presented by Goya Foods, this year's Heritage Fuego is set to take place on Nov. 10 at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables.

Founded in Napa Valley, Calif., in 2010, Heritage Fuego has earned an esteemed reputation as America's beloved live-fire, open-air culinary experience. Touring nine cities across the U.S., Heritage Fuego is dedicated to the art, science and technique of cooking sustainably sourced and locally produced ingredients. After successful runs in cities like Atlanta, Nashville, Louisville and Los Angeles, Miami marks the next stop on this extraordinary culinary journey.

This year's impressive lineup is a who's who of South Florida's top culinary masterminds, both new and returning, including Eileen Andrade of Amelia's 1931 (2024 Heritage Hero award winner), Christopher Arellanes of KYU Miami, Tam Pham of Tam Tam, Jorge Ramos of Bella's Tapas, Giorgio Rapicavoli of Mayfair Grill and Luca Osteria & Eating House, Fiorela Cornejo of Rusty Pelican Miami and Randy Zuniga of Michael's Genuine Food & Drink.

In addition to the signature live-fire culinary creations, the event will also feature a diverse and delicious array of craft cocktails, along with a curated selection of beers and wines. As the evening unfolds, don't miss the chance to vote for the "Best Bite of the Day," with the chef earning the most votes being crowned the prestigious Heritage Hero.
