Illegal Sales Arrests Made At Vape Shop: Arlington Heights PD Blotter Both incidents occurred with different employees on Tuesday at Central Smoke & Vape, according to police.

— The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

  • Laura R. Baumann, 31, of the 300 block of S. Emerson Street, Mount Prospect, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 9:19 a.m. Nov. 11, at Prairie Park.
  • Adrian Garibay, 44, of the 110 block of E. Division Street, Wood Dale, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 1:15 a.m. Nov. 14, at Roadway. He was released following his arrest.
  • Kyle Lee Ristau, 31, of the 1600 block of E. Central Road, Arlington Heights, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 1:17 a.m. Nov. 12, in the 1100 block of S. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights.
  • Mohammad Darsaleh, 36, of the 150 block of N. East River Road, Des Plaines, is accused of selling tobacco without a health warning, a violation of the Smoking Herbs Control Act, and was arrested at 4:10 p.m. Nov. 12, at Central Smoke & Vape. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 10.
  • Mohamad M. Mohamad, 21, of the 500 block of Cherry Lane, Glenview, is accused of selling tobacco to a minor, and was arrested at 6:10 p.m. Nov. 12, at Central Smoke & Vapor. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 10.
  • Tyreshia L. Harper, 38, of the 180 block of Robert Court, Bartlett, is accused of two counts of fleeing to elude a peace officer, reckless driving, and was arrested at 1:29 p.m. Nov. 13, in the 1600 block of Moon Lake Boulevard, Hoffman Estates. A court date of Jan. 7, 2025, was assigned.

    Kevin Olea Gonzalez, 31, of the 600 block of S. York Road, Bensenville, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 2:49 a.m. Nov. 10, at N. Vail and St. James. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 11.

    Luca J. Pavone, 30, of the 900 block of N. Sterling Avenue, is accused of criminal damage to property (vandalism), and was arrested at 8:20 p.m. Nov. 14, in the 200 block of E. Sigwalt Street. A court date of Dec. 10 was assigned.

    Assault Bust Made At Red Roof Inn — Arlington Heights PD Blotter

  • A citizen called police to report that between noon and 2 p.m. Nov. 4, someone had stolen their black and red Schwinn Bonafide bicycle from a bike rack at Target, 1700 E. Rand Road.
  • A resident in the 300 block of S. Donald Avenue reported that during the overnight hours of Nov. 5, someone stole a political sign from her front yard.
  • A citizen called police to report that between 4:30 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. Nov. 8, someone stole his cellphone, which he had accidentally left near the cable crossover machine at XSport Fitness, 960 W. Dundee Road.
  • STOLEN MOTOR VEHICLE

    A resident in the 2600 block of N. Haddow Avenue called police at 3:10 a.m. Nov. 7, to report their gray Chrysler had been stolen from the driveway.
