AUSTIN (KXAN) — A KXAN investigation found a Texas school district took more than a month to respond to allegations of a sexual assault between students on a school bus.

Investigator Kelly Wiley reports internal records from the incident also revealed questions about how the state's legal battle over Title IX impacts school training on how to handle sexual misconduct claims.
