IS PETER TOO POOR FOR PORSCHE IN PALM BEACH?

The car maker and leasing company says Peter Erigoyen is hiding his Porsche and stopped paying the lease. Porsche wants to know where Peter to pay or say where he parked the Porsche.
BocaNewsNow.com obtained a copy of the complaint filed by Porsche Leasing LTD. We are publishing key excerpts. You can read the entire lawsuit at the end of this report. We note that a lawsuit is an allegation to be presented in court. The suit was just filed in Palm Beach County Circuit Court.
"To the best of Porsche's knowledge, the current value of the vehicle is $118,050.00 assuming fair condition at the wholesale level. (Attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "C" is the Affidavit of Beth Farmer, Manager, Collections and Recovery for Porsche Leasing, LTD.). As of this filing, the amount due and owing under the Contract is $179,760.52 exclusive of interest, fees, and costs. Pursuant to the terms of the Contract, Defendant, PETER ERIGOYEN, is required to make timely monthly payments to Porsche in the amount of $3,251.40 for a total of Thirty-Nine (39) months.
Defendant, PETER ERIGOYEN, has failed to make payments as required by the terms of the Contract since June 2024 and is otherwise in default of the Contract. The Defendant, PETER ERIGOYEN, came into possession of the subject vehicle through the Contract. The subject vehicle is the legal and equitable property of Porsche and is wrongfully detained by the Defendant, PETER ERIGOYEN. Upon information and belief, the subject vehicle is currently garaged in Palm Beach County, Florida."
