WINDSOR, Conn. (WTNH) — A Powerball player in Windsor has beat the seemingly unsurmountable odds to bring home a $2 million win.
The winning ticket was claimed on Tuesday, according to information from the Connecticut Lottery. It was sold at a Sunoco in Windsor, and the unnamed winner is also from Windsor.
