Mobile police investigating stabbing on Airport Boulevard

MOBILE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — The Mobile Police Department is investigating a stabbing that reportedly occurred Wednesday overnight at the Mobile Skateboard Park on Airport Boulevard.

Police responded to a 911 call for a report of a stabbing going into Wednesday. Officials said they found a man with a stab wound at Westwood Street.

A witness stated that the stabbing took place at the Mobile Skateboard Park, and the victim ran to Westwood Street to call for help.

Police said they do not have a suspect or know what led to the incident.

The extent of the victim's injuries is unknown, but he was taken to a nearby hospital, News 5 has learned.
