New management for Carbondale Towers
CARBONDALE, Ill. (WSIL) - An apartment complex in Carbondale is under new management.
An email with the Elmington Property Management, stated they are the new building managers for Carbondale Towers.
According to the management group, they replaced Millennia as the building manager on October 28. They also said they are reviewing units in the building and will create an action plan and timeline for repairs in the building.
A statement from Elmington Property Management is as follows...
"Carbondale Towers is now under new management and major repairs and improvements are already underway to give residents the quality housing they deserve. Since taking over last week, we started reviewing units in the building to create an action plan for building improvements, starting with the elevators, the trash compactor, and pest control services. We are committed to turning the building around, earning the trust of this community, and making sure that residents of Carbondale Towers feel safe and comfortable in their homes."
