THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) – An off-duty New York City employee was arrested Thursday in the Bronx, according to authorities.

Hazma Abdul Rahman, 35, was taken into custody around 6:30 p.m.

The Department of Health and Mental Hygiene employee was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Sources said he had a temporary Maryland license plate.
