One Dead In UES Stabbing: Police

The unidentified man was unconscious and unresponsive when police arrived at about 1:30 p.m., and was pronounced dead at the scene, officials said. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.
A 27-year-old man also found at the scene was hospitalized at New York Cornell Hospital, officials said, in serious – but stable – condition, with lacerations all over his body.
Two knives were recovered at the scene, police said.
No arrests have been made, and an investigation is ongoing. There were no updates as of 9:30 a.m. Monday morning.
Officials could not confirm whether or not the two individuals were known to one another.
