One person shot following Maryland Street shooting

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — One person injured and another is in custody following a shooting on Maryland Street in Evansville.
Dispatch tells us the initial call came in at 7:15 p.m. in reference to a shots fired call in the 2400 block of West Maryland Street in Evansville.
An officer on scene tells us one person was taken to the hospital after being shot. He also says all parties involved are in custody as they continue their investigation. He says this appears to be a road rage incident which led to the shooting.
Sergeant Trudy Day confirms authorities are working to get more information available for the public.
