Pamela Anderson is stepping out in style as she continues to embrace a makeup-free aesthetic.

On Saturday, Nov. 16, the Baywatch alum, 57, was photographed out on the town in Los Angeles after she introduced a special screening of the 1961 classic film The Misfits, starring Clark Gable and Marilyn Monroe ,

Continuing her recent streak of simple-yet-chic ensembles, Anderson wore a gray, ankle-length skirt and matching button-down shirt tucked in at the waist. The actress wore no makeup and had her hair styled in a loose ponytail.

The former model first debuted her now-signature makeup-free look more than a year ago at Paris Fashion Week .

"I don't know, something just kind of came over me and I was dressing in these beautiful clothes and I thought, 'I don't want to compete with the clothes,' " Anderson said of her choice to forgo makeup in a video for Vogue France . "I'm not trying to be the prettiest girl in the room. I feel like it's just freedom. It's a release."

Speaking with Elle , Anderson revealed that her decision to embrace a more natural look was also prompted by the death of her longtime makeup artist, Alexis Vogel, who died from breast cancer in 2019.

"She was the best. And since then, I just felt, without Alexis, it's just better for me not to wear makeup," the actress said.

Anderson recently made another makeup-free appearance while attending a screening of her upcoming film The Last Showgirl in L.A. on Nov. 7.

Wearing another monochromatic look, her outfit featured a white silk button-down blouse and matching wide-leg trousers. She accessorized with white pumps and stud earrings.

Speaking with The Sunday Times in an interview published on Nov. 10, the animal rights activist shared that she feels "more myself than ever" since her decision to wear less makeup.

"There's these beautiful clothes. I'm wearing Vivienne Westwood. I have this great hat and beautiful coat. Nobody's going to notice if I don't wear any makeup," she told the outlet.
