Risk Man Missing from Los Angeles

Authorities were asking the public's help Sunday in locating an at-risk 45-year-old man who has been missing from Los Angeles for nearly two weeks.

Jason Devin Theodore Carlat was last contacted on Nov. 6 in the city of Los Angeles, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

Carlat was described as a white man standing 6 feet, 1 inch and weighing about 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a khaki shirt and khaki shorts.

Carlat suffers from a mental health disorder, according to LASD.
