Second victim of attempted murder-suicide on Far North Side dies
SAN ANTONIO - A second victim of Wednesday's attempted murder-suicide on the Far North Side has died.
According to the Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office, Brian Keller, 59, succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. Yolanda Keller, 60, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The triple shooting happened around 5 p.m. Wednesday at a home off Winter Hill near Huebner Road.
When police arrived, they found Yolanda's body in the driveway. They also found the 25-year-old suspect with a gunshot wound to the head. He is still in critical condition.
Brian was found with a gunshot wound to the head inside the home.
Authorities said all three were family members living in the same house.
Investigators believe the suspect shot Brian and then followed Yolanda outside where he gunned her down. He then turned the gun on himself.
According to police, the suspect is now facing capital murder charges.
