TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Hurricane Milton is expected to become a major hurricane this week as it makes its way toward Florida's Gulf Coast.

Ahead of the storm, the St. Pete-Clearwater Airport has announced flights from Allegiant Air have been canceled on Wednesday, Oct. 9, and Thursday, Oct. 10.
