Traverse City streets division to repair sidewalks on Wadsworth Street

TRAVERSE CITY — Motorists, pedestrians and bicyclists should be aware that the Traverse City Streets Division will be closing the sidewalk on the west side of Wadsworth Street at the intersection of 6th Street to repair damaged sections.

The work will begin on Tuesday, Sept. 24 and is expected to be completed by the end of the day on Friday, Sept. 27. The sidewalk in these areas will be closed, and a detour will be clearly signed.

The work may cause disruptions to pedestrian, bicycle, and vehicular traffic. Appropriate signage will be in place, and access to all homes and businesses will be maintained at all times.
