Two Elmira residents arrested on burglary/theft charges in Horseheads

HORSEHEADS, N.Y. ( WETM ) — Two people were arrested in September after a reported burglary out of the Town of Horseheads.

According to the Chemung County Sheriff's Office, 24-year-old Jordyn Willsey-Moshier and 24-year-old Ryan P. Willsey were arrested recently on the charges of burglary in the third degree, a class E felony, petit larceny, and criminal mischief; both class A misdemeanor.

One-year-old killed after hit and run in Yates County

Police said that on Sept. 10, deputies responded to the report of a larceny at Armor Storage on Lake Road in the Town of Horseheads.

Police investigated the incident and determined that Willsey-Moshier and Willsey entered a storage unit by damaging the lock and then stole several items from the unit.

The two were arrested and processed by the Town of Horseheads Court and then released.
