Vice President Kamala Harris to visit Grand Rapids during blitz of blue wall states

Vice President Kamala Harris is continuing her with a visit in Grand Rapids Friday.

News Channel 3 will livestream her remarks on our social platforms, which are set to begin around 2:30 p.m.

After her visit to Grand Rapids, Vice President Harris will head to Lansing and Oakland County.

This comes as former president Donald Trump visits Detroit on Friday, as well.

In response to Vice President Harris' visit, the Michigan Republican Party issued the following statement:

"Given Kamala Harris can't even put together a half-decent answer on what she'd do differently than Sleepy Joe Biden over the last four years, another campaign visit isn't going to move the needle for her failing campaign. Michigan will prove itself to be Trump Country when it votes for a return to the peace, prosperity, and stability of the first Trump presidency in November." – Team Trump Michigan Communications Director Victoria LaCivita

This will be her seventh visit to Michigan since launching her campaign, according to campaign officials.
