WI WBA Senate Debate is tomorrow night
MADISON, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – Tomorrow night is the Wisconsin Broadcaster's Association's US Senate debate between Democratic incumbent Senator Tammy Baldwin and Republican challenger Eric Hovde. The debate will be moderated by Jill Geisler, who was one of the first female news directors in the country and is a WBA Hall of Fame Honoree. She says deep research goes into the questions, "You will hear facts embedded in our questions. And why do we do that? Well, because somebody needs to do that hard work in this complicated world, right? If we ask you kind of a softball question, we're not helping anybody."
The hour-long debate will not have a live audience but will air on radio and Fox 25/48 will air the debate, in its entirety, on October 17th at 6 pm.
