Woman at special risk of harm missing in Carlisle: police

Carlisle police are seeking the public's help to find a 26-year old woman believed to be at special risk of harm or confusion.

Destiny "Ann" McKarchey was seen in the area of Rockledge Drive in Carlisle Borough at about 11 p.m. on Nov. 7.

Then she was captured on someone's Ring camera leaving an apartment building Friday morning at 8:21 a.m. wearing blue pajama pants, an orange shirt and holding shoes in her hand. She was not wearing a jacket. The building is near Eastgate Drive, which is not far from Rockledge Drive.

Anyone with information on McKarchey's whereabouts is asked to call the Carlisle Police at (717)243-5252 or call 911.

She competed in the 2018 summer Special Olympics in several swimming races, according to results posted online.
