J.Green3 months ago

Rain should stay out of the Wyoming Valley until at least Friday night.

Frost, however, could be an issue tonight.

The National Weather Service has issued a frost advisory for Luzerne and Lackawanna counties from midnight tonight to 8 a.m. Thursday. Temperatures are expected to drop to the 30s tonight, and that cold air and frost could damage vegetation that is not protected.

A frost advisory means that frost is possible.
