New Puerto Rican restaurant opens in Muscatine

On Wednesday, the Greater Muscatine Chamber of Commerce and Industry celebrated the grand opening of Jibaro Restaurant with a ribbon cutting. The new Puerto Rican restaurant is located at 201 W. Second St. in downtown Muscatine.
