MOUNTAIN TOP: Members of Dorrance Township American Legion Post 288 will gather for a meeting at 7 p.m. Sunday at the Slocum Township Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7918 at 6592 Nuangola Road.

NANTICOKE: American Legion Post 350 will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Post home, 23 W. Broad St.
Officers of the Homer Association will convene at 6 p.m.
PLAINS TWP.: LANI Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6325 will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Post home, 35-37 Cleveland St., Hudson.
A social hour will follow. Commander Michael Basta will preside.
SWOYERSVILLE: Catholic War Veterans Chapter 13 will gather for its quarterly meeting at 1 p.m. Sunday at American Legion Post 644 at 59 Shoemaker St. Commander Donald Rakus of Post 1601 will host the session.
The district meeting held in Sayre will be discussed. All officers and prospective members are asked to attend.
WILKES-BARRE: Holy Rosary Catholic War Veterans Post 274 and its Home Association will meet at 7 p.m. Jan. 20 at the Post home, 175 Old Ashley Road.
Membership dues will be collected.
