We covered before how a father and high-profile CEO along with his teenage daughter were killed in a freak bulldozer accident in a Utah canyon during the summer. Now, new information in that case indicates the driver who was towing that bulldozer lied to police and is now facing felony charges as a result. Someone crashed their Rolls-Royce allegedly in a street race. It was July 6 when Richard Hendrickson, CEO of Lifetime Products, along with his 16-year-old daughter Sally were hit by a bulldoze

Only millionaires typically have time and money to cosplay as Batman, but the police already have all the heavy equipment and qualified immunity to indulge their superhero fantasies. A sheriff's office in Olympia, Washington used a grappler to end a pursuit last week by crashing a stolen car at 100 miles per hour. The deputies are extremely lucky that they didn't kill anyone trying out their new toy.

Parents of the University of Idaho victims are speaking out on the two-year mark of the gruesome quadruple homicide as they await the trial for their children's suspected killer. For victim Kaylee Goncalves' parents, one of the devastating milestones this year is Kaylee's younger sister, Autumn, turning 21 - the age Kaylee was when she was killed. These police officers knew something was wrong before the 911 call came through. Officers from the London Ohio Police Division spotted a child walking alone. As they turned around to follow him, an emergency call came over the radio saying a 5-year-old boy with autism had gone missing. He was floating on his back in creek waters that were 3-feet deep when the officers found him. According to authorities, the boy was taken to a hospital for observation and released.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) -President-elect Donald Trump on Wednesday named incendiary Republican U.S. Representative Matt Gaetz to be his nominee for attorney general, selecting an ally who has faced Justice Department scrutiny to run the agency. "Matt will end Weaponized Government, protect our Borders, dismantle Criminal Organizations and restore Americans' badly-shattered Faith and Confidence in the Justice Department," Trump said in a statement announcing the selection, which would be subject to confirmation by the Republican-majority Senate. The choice of a 42-year-old congressman who has never worked in the Justice Department or as a prosecutor at any level of government was the latest in a wave of Trump nominations of candidates with scant experience.
