On to Thursday as we inch towards the meatier part of the hot stove season. News has slowed to a trickle, with a small wave coming earlier this week as it was reported by Jeff Passan that the rival Blue Jays plan to be major players for Juan Soto. Toronto was extremely aggressive in the Shohei Ohtani sweepstakes and even seemed the favorites at one point, and they'll reportedly meet with Soto this week. Today on the site, Kevin profiles one of the biggest non-Soto names on the free agent market in one Corbin Burnes.
