Armed suspect on the run after robbing store in northeast Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - An armed robber remains on the run after a holding up a store in northeast Colorado Springs Saturday night.

The store clerk told police that a man walked in at 9:20 p.m., pulled out a gun, and then helped himself to cash from the register. The clerk was uninjured, but the suspect was able to get away before officers arrived. Police did not immediately have information on how much money was stolen.

The robbery was reported at an unnamed business on Dublin Boulevard near Union.
