State police need public’s help locating missing Mesick girl

WEXFORD COUNTY - The Michigan State Police (MSP) Cadillac Post is requesting help locating a 15-year-old girl, Isabella Dawn Fritch, from Mesick.

Fritch is a white female, approximately 5′8′′ in height and weighs 160 pounds. She was last seen leaving school in Mesick around 9:40 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 19, wearing a light-colored hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans, troopers said.

Fritch's father said she usually arrives home from school around 3:30 p.m. She did not get on the bus or return home the day she left school early, troopers said.

The last contact made with her by telephone was on the same day she left school around 12 p.m.

Wexford County Dispatch has received reports of her in the Mesick area, troopers said. She has run away from anyone attempting to contact her.
