Florida woman accused of murdering roommate found in Hartford
HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — A Florida woman found in Hartford has been arrested for the alleged murder of her roommate in Orlando, police said.
Gisselle Victoria-Gonzalez, 42, of Florida was charged with one count of second-degree murder, one count of tampering with physical evidence, and one count of grand theft.
The body of Runyleidy Medina-Pacheco, 42, has not yet been found, police said.

According to police, on Dec. 27, 2022, at around 1:32 p.m., Orlando police responded to the area of Curry Ford Road for the report of a missing person. Victoria-Gonzalez told police she had not seen her roommate in two days.
As police continued to investigate, they said they found several inconsistencies in the version of events told by Victoria-Gonzalez.
A search and seizure of her apartment was done and police said they recovered significant evidence that indicated a violent incident occurred.
Police were able to determine that the suspect was living in Hartford following investigations on local, state and federal levels. Police said they determined probable cause after traveling to Hartford and interviewing the suspect.
