SCOUTING REPORT
STREAK SNAPPED: Hershey (1-7-1-0, 3 points) broke a six-game losing streak
on Saturday with a 5-5 tie against Quebec at Hersheypark Arena. The Bears and
Penguins are tied for fewest points in the American Hockey League.
NOTES AND QUOTES
ilkes-Barre/Scranton had a chance to take control of
the game when it got a five-minute power player in the second period. The
Penguins were up 2-1 when Quebec defenseman Matt O’Dette was hit with a
five-minute major for kneeing Wilkes-Barre/Scranton C/RW Billy Tibbetts. A
kneeing penalty is an automatic major and game misconduct, and O’Dette was
tossed from the game. The Penguins only had three shots during the major as
they failed to widen their lead.
