CLIFTON TWP.: Pocono Mountain Bible Conference is hosting its men’s retreat March 14-16. The annual retreat is geared towards men 18 years and older. The weekend will encourage reflection and fellowship. Guest speaker will be Phil Belcher. The event is free, but a $50 donation is suggested.

CONYNGHAM: Conyngham United Methodist Church, 411 Main St., is hosting ecumenical Lenten luncheons with a message from noon to 1 p.m. on March 12, 19 and 26. Soup, bread and dessert will be served.
The church’s prayer circle will meet on from 7-8 p.m. on March 19 to offer prayers for members of the community.
LAFLIN: The Oblates of St. Joseph Fathers will host their annual novena in honor of Saint Joseph beginning Monday and continuing until the feast day, March 19.
Masses will be celebrated daily at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. at the Oblates of St. Joseph Seminary Chapel, Route 315. The novena will be preached by the Oblate Fathers. Following the Masses, novena prayers will be offered to St. Joseph with the blessing of the first class relic of Saint Joseph Marello, founder of the Oblate congregation. Confessions will be heard one hour before the Masses.
Everyone is welcome to attend.
OLYPHANT: SS. Cyril and Methodius Ukrainian Catholic Church, 207 River St., is offering classes on how to make Pysanky eggs. Classes will be held from 2-4 p.m. on March 16, 23, 30 and April 6. Participants should arrive by 1:45 p.m. The cost is $15 and includes egg, bees wax and stylist. Classes are limited to 25 people and are open to adults and children.
