Mary R. Paciga, of Wilkes-Barre died Thursday at her home. Born in
Wilkes-Barre, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Hedwig (Spyt) Salek. A
lifelong area resident, she was educated in Wilkes-Barre schools. She had been
employed at Consolidated Cigar and at King’s College for many years. She was a
member of St. Stanislaus Kostka Church in Wilkes-Barre. She was preceded in
death by her sisters, Stacia Weiss and Stella Kroll; and brothers, Thomas,
John and Edward. Surviving are her husband, Thomas J. Paciga, at home; and
sister, Julie Romanowski, of Sweet Valley. Private funeral services will be at
the convenience of the family. A funeral Mass will be celebrated in St.
Stanislaus Kostka Church. Interment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery in the
Carverton section of Kingston Township. There will be no calling hours.

Wilkes-Barre.
