Anna Paluchowski, 84, of Spring Street, Wilkes-Barre, died Friday, Aug. 27,
Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was a daughter of the late Anthony and Frances
(Yurgitis) Pavilonis. She spent most of her life as a housewife. She attended
Wilkes-Barre schools and was a member of Holy Savior Church, Wilkes-Barre.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Joseph, in 1969.
Surviving are a son, Stanley, Wilkes-Barre; daughter, Sharon Perrins,
Plains; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday from the Straub Kane Funeral
Home, 55 Park Ave., Wilkes-Barre, with a funeral Mass at 11 a.m. at St.
Aloysius Church, Division Street, Wilkes-Barre. Interment will be in St.
Mary’s Cemetery, Hanover Township. Private family viewing will be from 6 to 9
p.m. today.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 63 N.
Franklin St., Wilkes-Barre.
